We deliver a range of weekly sport and physical activity classes, principally in support of people with mental ill health and those who are experiencing loneliness and social isolation. Working with statutory services and the leisure and VCSE sectors, we use the power of sport and physical activity in a group setting, to develop self confidence and self esteem, resilience, social connectivity and improved life chances.
